The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) began accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) waiting list. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and enables OCHA to subsidize monthly rent payments for qualified applicants.
