Lunar New Year Volunteer Needed

農曆新春活動 - 家長義工徵集

As we look forward to the Lunar New Year, the on campus activities on January 21st  & 22nd need your participation and support. And meanwhile lower grade students need chaperones on that day. Parents now are welcome to sign up to fulfill your parent service requirement. (One slot for chaperone and/or one slot for booth keeper per family)

農曆新年校內新春活動，需要大量家長參與和支援，低年級學生當天也需要家長或成人陪伴。如果您還需要達到家長義工服務點數，請把握機會登記。

Take Your Lunar New Year Selfies or Group Portraits 

2023賀歲的團圓照拍了嗎？

The Media Lab at SCCCC will transform the center’s garden into a traditional festive scene for the Lunar New Year. We want to invite you and your friends & family here to take some selfies or group portraits from 1/10 to 1/22. You can try on traditional costumes and borrow our unique photo props—a fun way to celebrate and create memories for the year of the rabbit.

文化中心MEDIA LAB在松梅園精心佈置農曆新年的節慶場景，並備年節應景小道具，供大家自由取景、取材，歡迎闔家前來拍攝創意團圓照，與海內外親友共享佳節喜氣。

Call for DIY Lanterns

徵集DIY燈籠

We would like to decorated your DIY lanterns at OC Lantern Festival event. Every family can pick up a lantern from cultural center and decorate by your own. The participants' lanterns have the opportunity to be displayed in the Concert Hall on February 18.

我們想在 OC 元宵節活動中裝飾您的 DIY 燈籠。 每個家庭都可以從文化中心領取一個燈籠，用任何黏貼或彩繪的方法裝飾獨一無二的燈籠。 參賽者的燈籠有機會於2月18日在音樂廳展出。

The South Coast Chinese Cultural Association (SCCCA) is an educational and cultural charity organization spontaneously formed by Chinese in Southern California. Not only did it establish the largest-scale Irvine Chinese School in Southern California in 1976, it also gathered the strength of the Chinese community in 2005 and established it independently The only South Coast Chinese Cultural Center in Southern California is dedicated to promoting traditional Chinese culture, promoting Chinese learning, and advocating and realizing a multicultural life.
