Parent-Teacher conference is on this weekend, 9/9 & 9/10. Parents may get to meet with the teachers and to learn more about the teaching guidelines and curriculum progress.

The school remains its regular school schedule this weekend. Parents are kindly asked to leave the classroom once the Parent-Teacher Conference ends. Students in grades K-6 are required to be accompanied by their parents on leaving the campus when school ends.

本週各班將舉行親師會,家長有機會和級任老師在學校見面，以了解個別班級的教學規範及課程進度。親師會主要是針對全班的說明，若家長有個別的學習諮詢，請另外找時間與老師/學校溝通。本周末仍會準時上下學。K-6年級學生放學時仍需家長陪同始可離開學校。

1. 2023-2024 School Calendar

2. Starting this week, Sunday classes will offer elective courses in culture and sports. For grades below the second year, the culture courses will be taught by the current Chinese language teachers.

3. Starting from September 9th, weekend classes will distribute textbooks.

4. The credit classes for high school students will begin on September 10th. High school students who wish to apply should first obtain the Course Form from the American high school, and complete the registration at Irvine Chinese school office. The deadline is September 14th.

3. 本週開始在各班級發放中文課本/練習本。

4. 高中校外學分班本週(9/10)開始上課。欲申請的高中生請先向美制高中索取校外選修課表格，再到中文學校辦公室辦理註冊。截止日為9月14日

家長義工登記

Registration for parent volunteers is now available on the school website, and a QR code is also provided at the school entrance for parents to scan. The school will provide more opportunities for parents to participate in both on-campus and off-campus activities. Details will be announced once they are confirmed.
