School Announcement - 9/7, 9/10 and 9/11 are regular school days after the Labor Day long weekend. Just a quick note to remind you, please DO NOT come to school if your child or family members have sick signs such as fever, shortness of breath or cough, and keep in touch with the school office.
-
lease remind your child to bring a water bottle. Currently the water dispenser at school is for filling up only. Please also prepare snacks for your children per their needs.
Absence/Make-up Class - When you anticipate the absence, please inform your teacher and the school staff (reg@sccca.org) via email.
- If you want to make up for the missing class, you have to advise your teacher AND the school staff before Thursday via email. To avoid the classroom being too crowded, students MUST get permission or confirmation from the school via email before they come to school to make up the class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
-
Please note, third grade and up students of Sunday classes who anticipate making up the missing class may not be able to attend the elective classes due to the time slots and elective courses being different in the morning and afternoon.
Early Pick-Up -
When you anticipate the early pick up, please inform your teacher and the staff (reg@sccca.org) via email one day ahead of time. Please understand your notice email on that day is possibly not received in time by your teacher and the staff. So your early pick-up will interrupt teaching instruction of your class and prolong your waiting time. Thank you for your cooperation in sending earlier notice to your teacher and the school staff.
