教務處公告

As we enter the third week of the school year, the period for making changes to students' schedules is coming to an end. Starting from September 18th, a $25 administrative fee will be charged for any schedule changes not advised by teachers.

本學年進入第三週, 學生申請課程或時段更動, 自9/18日起將酌收$25行政手續費。

Starting this week, parents of students in grades K-6 are kindly requested to pick up their children promptly from the classroom. In order to ensure campus safety and provide teachers with sufficient rest time, the school will announce clearance 10 minutes after dismissal. Any students not picked up will be supervised by teachers in the lobby. We sincerely request parents' cooperation in picking up their children on time. 

本週開始,K-6年級學生家長請準時到教室親接學生，為了兼顧校園安全及老師休息時間，學校會在下課10分鐘後廣播清場， 未接的學生一律由老師送到大廳等候, 懇請家長配合，準時接孩子。

If a student needs to leave class early on a particular day, please inform the homeroom teacher and the administrative office at reg@sccca.org at least one day in advance. Due to the busy nature of school days, emails sent on the day of early departure may not reach the homeroom teacher and administrative office in a timely manner. We kindly ask for parents' cooperation in

providing advance notice, as early departures not only disrupt teaching but also delay parents in picking up their children.

學生如當天上課須早退，請至遲在上課前一天告知級任導師及教務處reg@sccca.org告知級任導師及教務處reg@sccca.org。由於上課日一向校務繁忙，早退當天才發的電郵可能無法及時通知班導及教務處，請理解學生早退除了影響老師授課，也會導致家長延誤接到孩子，敬請家長配合提早通知。

Parent Service Point Policies  

家長服務點數實行辦法

• The QR codes for "Sign up on-campus helpers" and "Sign up events helpers" have been posted at the school entrance and on the school website.
  
  
• Parents are required to accumulate 5 hours of service points for each child, with a maximum of 10 hours for families with two or more children. If the first semester's signing up sheet has been filled, as the school year progresses, additional slots will be made available for parents to fulfill their service requirements. Please continue to stay informed through school announcements.

• 本學年家長服務點數為每個孩子5小時，兩個以上孩子最多10小時。
• 第一學期目前已滿額，但是隨著學校活動還會陸續開放更多名額，以滿足家長完成服務要求，請繼續關注學校通知。

Mid Autumn Festival Parent Volunteers

爾灣中秋活動家長義工登記

Event Date: 9/29 

Available Time: 3:00~6:00pm / 6:00~9:00pm / 7:00~10:00pm

Location: Irvine Great Park

The Cultural Center will collaborate with the Irvine City Government to host a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at

the Great Park. We will require a substantial number of volunteers to help manage the booths, set up the stage for performances, and assist in dismantling equipment after the event. Since the event location is not on campus, and volunteer shifts will be in the evening, we will be offering a higher number of volunteer points to encourage more parents to participate. Your involvement is greatly appreciated! This event is perfect for family participation, and parents can enjoy the activities with their loved ones during non-volunteer hours. You can find more information about the event on the school's website. We look forward to your participation and making this Mid-Autumn celebration a joyful family experience.

文化中心將與爾灣市政府在大公園共同舉辦中秋慶祝活動，屆時將需要大量義工的幫忙看顧攤位，以及演出時的舞台設置，活動結束後也需要人力幫忙收拾器具，因活動地點不在學校，義工時段也比較晚，所以給與的義工點數也會比較多，希望家長多多參與。當天活動適合親子共同參與，家長可於非義工時段與家人享受活動的樂趣，活動內容可訪問學校網站。請查詢詳細資訊，我們期待您的參與，讓這次的中秋慶祝活動充滿家庭歡樂。

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival at the Great Park!

第三屆爾灣市中秋節慶

The Irvine Mid-Autumn Festival is a family-friendly event with an array of activities designed to promote cultural exchange. Look forward to interactive educational sessions, entertainment, crafts, food trucks, and art performances. Local community partners will also be on-site to share valuable information and resources.

適合全家大小一起參與的爾灣中秋節慶安排了鼓勵互動交流的教育、娛樂、手工藝、餐車和藝術展演節目。當地社區合作夥伴將出席支援活動，並分享組織資訊和資源。
南海岸中華文化中心的中華樂團、鼓團、南加中華舞團及太極俱樂部，將在爾灣中秋節慶中登台表演，展現融合傳統與現代的創新節目。
