To ensure campus safety, we kindly request parents' cooperation with the following regulations: Drop-off and Pickup -
For the first month of school, students will receive stickers to help locate classrooms/homeroom teachers. Parents should review the school's email notifications on their child's class and homeroom teacher. If assistance is needed on the day, please approach school staff for help on campus. Afterwards, students will use student ID cards for access to the building.

During the first month, K-6 grade students will be escorted by teachers to the first floor lobby and/or Chinese garden for dismissal. Parents can pick up accordingly. After the first month, parents may pick up at the classrooms directly.
- Please help to keep campus safe during the drop-off and pickup period.
During Class Time - There will be no makeup classes offered in 2023-2024,

During the classes hours, the building is limited for public access to ensure campus safety.
- Students should bring their own stationery.
- Students are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles to school. There are water fountains available for refilling. To prevent accidents caused by water bottles leaking, please ensure that your child knows how to properly use the cap or lid of their personal water bottle.

Do not bring any toys, stuffed animals, electronic devices, balloons, or chewing gum to the center during classes.
- Students can bring healthy snacks if needed, but no food sharing is allowed. In case of emergencies requiring a 911 call, parents will be responsible for any related medical expenses.
Other Information -
In the second week (9/9 & 9/10), a parent-teacher meeting will be held. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the teachers in person at the school, and to understand the teaching guidelines and curriculum progress of the class. Before the second week of classes, parents will receive school announcements and individual notifications from the teachers.
