Thanksgiving travel raises concerns about the spikes in COVID-19 and influenza. Just a friendly reminder that if you have infected symptoms, please do not come to school in order to prevent the spread of infection. When you arrive at the school, wearing a mask and keeping good hygiene are strongly recommended. 

感恩假期結束，新冠及流感病例因旅行而增多。提醒您如果出現病徵,切勿到校。返校上課也建議戴口罩，並隨時注意良好衛生習慣。

IUSD Public Hearing for the Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy

爾灣中文沉浸式雙語學校公聽會

We are glad to inform you that since we first began the petition drive, over 680 community members have added their names to our charter petition.

As the next step of the charter petition process, a public hearing is scheduled for us to present information and answer questions pertaining to the charter petition at the Irvine Unified School District Board Meeting on December 13 at 6:30pm.

We would like to invite you to attend the public hearing. Your physical presence alone sends a powerful message - the establishment of a Chinese Immersion School within the Irvine Unified School District is critically important to all of us.

Parents and community members who support the charter petition are encouraged to wear a customized T-shirt. By wearing the T-shirt at the public hearing, we may express our appreciation towards Chinese culture and language. Please pick up the T-Shirt at your convenience and share this message with your friends and family to help further the cause. All community members are welcome to join us. Thank you very much!

在我們與穀歌合作「認識電腦科學的系列」中，將帶動初、高中學生進一步認識電腦工程行業。

講座由谷歌公司的華裔軟體工程師Sean Chang，本人來分享他為什麼選擇在大學主修電腦科學，電腦軟體工程師的日常工作，並回答有關電腦科學的提問，歡迎七年級到十二年級的學生/家長報名。

The South Coast Chinese Cultural Association (SCCCA) is an educational and cultural charity organization spontaneously formed by Chinese in Southern California. Not only did it establish the largest-scale Irvine Chinese School in Southern California in 1976, it also gathered the strength of the Chinese community in 2005 and established it independently The only South Coast Chinese Cultural Center in Southern California is dedicated to promoting traditional Chinese culture, promoting Chinese learning, and advocating and realizing a multicultural life.
