Wushu Flow Ball blends the grace of Tai Chi with the agility of ball sports.

Its smooth and elegant movements offer both physical benefits and fun, making it ideal for youth and adults to learn together.

It’s also a great opportunity to build parent-child connections!

【Program Highlights】

【Camp Dates】
Session 1: June 30 – July 11 (Fancy Rouliqiu)
Session 2: August 11 – August 22 (Net-style Rouliqiu)
Each session runs for 10 days. Join one or both sessions!

Early Bird Rate: $143 per session (Register & pay by May 31)
Regular Rate: $150 per session (Starting June 1)

The Wushu Flow Ball is here!

The Wushu Flow Ball course blends Tai Chi philosophy with athletic skills, making it suitable for all age groups. Using a unique curved guiding technique, the ball remains stable on the specially designed paddle, enhancing body coordination, flexibility, and balance. This course, held twice a week, includes foundational training, routine teaching, and interactive sparring, offering a combination of fitness, competition, and entertainment.

Taught by master’s level instructors from Beijing Sport University, who have experience as national-level coaches, referees, and competition champions, students will progressively master techniques, from basic training to self-choreographed routines, and even participate in performances and competitions. Whether for fitness, cultivating an interest, or improving competitive skills, the Wushu Flow Ball course provides a unique experience, allowing you to feel the charm of Tai Chi movement!

Class Schedule: Wednesdays & Saturdays, 10:30-11:30 AM
Eligibility: Adults aged 10 and above
Tuition:

  • Twice a week: $240/month

  • Once a week: $140/month

What is Wushu Flow Ball ?  

Wushu Flow Ball, founded in 1991, is a modern traditional Chinese sport rooted in Tai Chi principles. Players use a specially designed paddle to keep the ball moving in smooth, circular motions. This sport combines fitness, competition, and entertainment, making it a unique representation of Chinese culture.  

Wushu Flow Ball includes both choreographed routines and net-based matches, allowing for solo practice, partner rallies, or multiplayer exchanges. Originating in China, it has gained international recognition with global competitions and a growing community of enthusiasts.   

Our classes are led by instructors with master’s degrees in Ethnic and Folk Sports from Beijing Sport University. With experience as national-level sports coaches, martial artists, and competition judges, they will guide you through this exciting and dynamic sport, offering an authentic introduction to Chinese athletic traditions!

太極柔力球課程融合了太極哲學與運動技巧,適合所有年齡層。透過獨特的弧形引化方法,使球在特製球拍上穩定運行,提升身體協調性、柔韌性和平衡感。本課程每週兩次,包括基本功訓練、套路教學及互動對打,兼具健身、競技與娛樂性。

課程由北京體育大學碩士級專業教師授課,具備國家指導員、裁判及賽事冠軍經驗。學員可循序漸進掌握技巧,從基礎訓練到自編套路,甚至參與表演與比賽。

無論是鍛鍊身體、培養興趣,或是提升競技水平,太極柔力球課程都將帶來獨特體驗,幫助您感受太極運動的魅力!

什麼是太極柔力球?  

太極柔力球創始於1991年,是一項新興的民族傳統體育項目,以太極原理為基礎,練習者手持柔力球拍,使球在球拍上做弧線或圓的運動,包括套路演練和隔網對抗兩種運動形式,集健身、競技、娛樂一身,具有鮮明的中華民族特色。  

可以兩人對拋、單人獨練、幾個人互傳或隔網競技,以達到健身、娛樂、表演和競技的一種運動項目。太極柔力球已從中國走向世界, 在全球廣泛推廣,具有國際賽事,深受人們喜愛。  

由北京體育大學民族民間體育碩士專業教師授課,具備國家社會體育指導員,國家武術運動員和賽事經驗,帶您感受不一樣的中華民族體育運動!
