第一次開進社區大門是一個夏日，車轉進岔路，首先進入眼簾的就是樹。各種樹錯落有致，綠意盎然。高大挺拔的橡樹，四季常青的松柏，搖曳生姿的柳樹，象徵和平的橄欖樹....，大小宅第都隱藏在濃濃的樹蔭裡，幽幽的，靜靜的。

Our family moved to Irvine in 1976 after hearing about University Park Montessori Preschool and the Irvine Chinese School. We hoped our American-born children would have a proper early-childhood environment, opportunities to learn Chinese, and a chance to make friends within the Chinese community.

第一屆「農曆新年遊行嘉年華」活動，即將在爾灣大公園隆重登場，除有精彩遊行、文化表演與亞州美食，還將首度有騎警儀隊引導的「馬年花車」，閃耀登場。

Irvine’s first-ever Lunar New Year Parade and Festival will debut at the Great Park,highlighted by a dazzling Year of the Horse float led by a mounted police honor guard, alongside vibrant performances and Asian cuisine in a celebration of diversity.
