On August 9, OC Golden Ukulele and Accordia Ensemble took the stage at the Nixon Presidential Library for The Magpie Bridge: A Qixi Celebration in Song, blending bright ukulele strings with graceful women’s voices in songs of love, longing, and reunion.

Less than an hour east of Bordeaux, golden stone gives way to rolling hills and endless rows of vines. A church spire rises above the green—and Saint-Émilion, a wine village shaped by a thousand years, quietly comes into view.
一聲汽笛劃破寧靜，列車沿著鐵軌疾馳——台灣知名口琴家李孝明老師以神乎其技的吹奏，將火車啟動、鳴笛到飛奔的聲響演繹得栩栩如生，彷彿列車迎面呼嘯而過；曲終，全場掌聲雷動。
A train whistle pierced the silence as Taiwanese harmonica master Jason Li vividly recreated a locomotive racing down the tracks. The final note drew thunderous applause.
