2026 Call for Nomination
The SCCCA Nomination Committee announces that the 2026 nomination process is open now and welcomes any nomination of qualified candidates. All nominations should be submitted to nomination@sccca.org by May 24, 2026. All nominations have been reviewed by the SCCCA Board's delegated Nomination Committee accordingly.
To comply with the Bylaws, which provides that "The number of Elected Directors to be re-elected shall be two.", we will be electing two Board Directors. The planned election timeline is as following:
- June 3 – Candidate announcement and ballot distribution
- June 13 – Meet the Candidates session (in person and/or via Zoom)
- June 22 – Deadline for receipt of mail-in ballots (postmarked on or before June 20)
- June 23 – Ballot counting in an open forum at the Meeting
- June 25 – Board approval of election results
“Meet the Candidates” is scheduled on June 13 at 11:00am and a special meeting is scheduled on June 23, at 1:00 p.m. located at 9 Truman St., Irvine, California 92620 in the 2nd Floor Multipurpose Room. All ballots will be counted in an open forum at the special meeting.
