Rose Tsai

I am the principal attorney of Law Offices of Rose W. Tsai & Associates. I have practiced law in California since 1996 and has established a general practice law firm with both Orange County and Los Angeles offices. I have successfully represented many business and individual clients from different areas around the world. I have also served as the legal counsel to many international business enterprises and organizations. I have served the community for almost 30 years. In addition to serving her firm’s business clients, I have also done many non-profit and charitable works for the community. Furthermore, I have contributed substantial time and resources to help victims of crimes and their families on pro-bono cases. I have collaborated with many different community organizations to help facilitate the exchange and understanding among different ethnic and/or cultural groups. Among many good causes that I have helped in the Asian American community, I have helped coordinate and moderate events with legislators and the District Attorney’s Office to raise awareness on the issues of Anti-Asian hate crimes/hate incidents.

I believe education and culture are two important factors how people will understand and accept one another in the future. I am interested in doing my part in making a more harmonious society for the future generation.

In addition to some of my past experiences helping non-profit organizations and community projects, I was appointed in 2021 as a board director of South Coast Chinese Culture Association and has served on the board since then.
