Why should I give to SCCCA?

The Center is now nationally and internationally recognized as the pre-eminent Chinese Cultural Center in Southern California. Besides serving as the campus for Irvine Chinese School, the facility hosts a variety of culturally relevant events, lectures, ceremonies, and festivals every year. As these opportunities continue to grow, it is critical to expand, improve, and enrich the spaces on its campus to showcase Chinese culture.

How SCCCA recognize my generosity gifts?

Donors will be prominently recognized in various programs, online communication and in media releases as appropriate. They will also receive cumulative donor recognition on the Center’s main Donor Honor Wall. Please contact Huiwen Huang for further information.

What if I couldn’t find the fund I want to donate?

You are still welcome to make a donation. Please provide as much information as you can about the gift you are trying to make. Designated personnel will contact you if he/she cannot determine a proper match.

Is my gift tax deductible?

SCCCA/Irvine Chinese School is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Will I get a receipt for tax purpose?

If your giving qualifies as a charitable contribution, a gift receipt for your financial records will be sent to you via the address you provide.
