武術散打暑期訓練營 第一期(入門)

The course focuses on physical exercise and the learning of basic sanda movements to build up for the advanced class. The learning outcome is to improve children's physical fitness, cultivate self-confidence and self-protection ability. The teaching will include footwork, boxing and legwork to increase the self-defense ability. 


課程著重於體能鍛煉以及散打基本動作學習,主要以提高孩子身體素質、培養自信心及自我防護能力。
散打的步法、拳法、腿法,以增加第二期及第三期實戰運用能力。強化體能訓練、反應能力和身體協調能力,以提高身體素質、自信心、培養自我防護的本領。
