Enrichment this week is the art of traditional Chinese instruments. The students were divided into 4 sections: Guzheng, Erhu, Dulcimer, and bamboo flute. They learned the difference between Chinese instruments and Western instruments, and practiced them. The teachers hope what they learned in this week will become a seed for traditional Chinese music, and they will have knowledge to recognize and respect the instruments in the future.
The theme of Chinese Story and Cultural Workshop this week is food. The student learned the different food cultures of both South and North and knew the special food of different places. Without being said, they also learned about the different types of Chinese food, such as baozi, dumpling, and tangyuan, etc, and how to describe the flavor of foods, such as salty, sweet, spicy, etc. The teacher also showed them a lot of stories about different foods.
一到六年級的豐富營本週學習的是傳統國樂器。學⽣分成四個部分:古 箏、⼆胡、揚琴、以及笛⼦。孩⼦們學習了中西⽅樂器的差異,並且練習這些樂器的基本演奏⽅式。除此之外,⽼師也讓他們學會了上台介紹⾃⼰的⽅式和在觀眾前表演的⽅法以增加⾃信⼼。⽼師們希望這週學到的事情可以在孩⼦們⼼中播下關於國樂⽂化的種⼦,在未來如果能遇到更多的機會也能夠對這些樂器有基本的認識。
快樂中⽂班以及⽂化⼯作坊本週的主題是⻝物。學⽣學習了南北⽅不同的飲⻝⽂化差異以及各地不同的特⾊ ⼩吃。除此之外,他們也知道了各種不同的中式⻝物,⽐如包⼦、餃⼦、湯圓等等,並且瞭解了如何敘述⻝物 的味道: 鹹、甜、辣等等。⽼師也讓他們知道了很多不 同有關⻝物的故事。
