He emphasizes that music is an excellent avenue for promoting cultural exchange, and his mission is to propagate Chinese culture abroad through music. This philosophy is evident in his musical compositions, which not only showcase the authenticity of Chinese instruments but also incorporate Western elements, making his music beloved by both adults and children growing up in American culture.

In his performances, Maestro He skillfully utilizes Chinese instruments, such as violin renditions of "Butterfly Lovers," flute performances of "Scarborough Fair" and "My Heart Will Go On," and erhu rendition of "Unchained Melody," demonstrating his profound understanding of arranging details. He stresses that promoting Chinese music abroad is his mission, a commitment reflected throughout his two-decade-long musical career.

Born in Anhui, China, Maestro Bin He began learning various Chinese instruments at the age of six.
