SCCCC offers annually more than 200 different classes and activities to the general public through community program. The popular classes include Chinese language class, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Painting, Chinese Music Instruments, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Chinese Folk Dance and more. Over the years, SCCCC also creates many meaningful cultural programs, such as Strings for Generations, a partnership with Pacific Symphony which was sponsored by the James Irvine Foundation to create a multi-generational music ensemble for rising young string players and their adult family members. And most recently, the forming of South Coast Chinese Orchestra, the only full Chinese orchestra in Orange County and South Coast Chinese Lion & Dragon Team.
