爾灣中文學校除了致力於語言教學，每年一度的新春聯歡晚會更是一大特色。學生透過表演活用所學，也藉此向主流社會展現中華文化的深厚底蘊。

The Irvine Chinese School is dedicated to more than just language education; its annual Lunar New Year Gala has become a signature cultural event. 

南海岸中華文化協會理事、爾灣讀書會前會長方光梅日前因病辭世，家屬在橙縣太平洋紀念公園為她舉行追思會。

家屬、親友、南海岸中華文化協會多位理事及讀書會會員齊聚一堂，以詩歌、致詞、影像、聖經經文與聖歌，緬懷她熱愛生命、關懷社區，長年為文化傳承付出的一生。

Rose Cheung, a South Coast Chinese Cultural Association board member and former Irvine Book Club president, recently passed away after an illness. 

Family, friends, book club members, and fellow board members gathered at OC Pacific View Memorial Park to honor her life and legacy through tributes, poetry, images, Scripture, and prayer.
