California Assembly member Cottie Petrie-Norris from the 74th district issued a resolution on September 13, 2022 to recognize the long-time contribution of SCCCC. Executive Director of SCCCC Yulan Chung accepted the resolution.
The resolution reads that “the South Coast Chinese Cultural Association be congratulated on the fifteenth anniversary of the opening of its South Coast Chinese Cultural Center, commended for the vital role it has played in enhancing the rich cultural diversity and educational opportunities in the local community, and extended best wishes for continued success in the future.”
