OC Public Libraries is pleased to present TeenFest 2023. This year’s annual event celebrating teens will be hosted on Wednesday, October 18 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. at Irvine Heritage Park Library. Teens ages 12-18 can enjoy free activities and workshops. The event will conclude with a keynote from New York Times Bestselling author, Victoria Aveyard. Activities include sewing a stress-relief plush, mystery scavenger hunt, and drawing corner. No registration is required but early arrival is suggested.

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Anabelle Brown: Creative Cookie Crafter
Anabelle Brown is a creative cookie crafter based in Anaheim, California. Always having a knack for art and a craving for sweets, she began putting two and two together for the past six years. Her presentation will discuss her career navigating a life in retail visual merchandising to art event producing. A cookie decorating workshop will follow the presentation and is limited to the first 50 attendees. 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. | Author Talk: Victoria Aveyard
Victoria Aveyard is an author and screenwriting with a BFA in Writing for Film & Television from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. She is the author of the #1 New York Times bestselling and USA Today bestselling series, Red Queen. The first 50 attendees will receive a signed copy of the first book of her recent series Realm Breaker.
