Founded in 1994 in Laguna Hills, the Orange County Service Center has spent 31 years serving as a hub for compassion, community care, and cultural exchange.
Four Missions, One Purpose

From relief and clinics to education, volunteers embody “boundless great love,” serving all regardless of ethnicity, religion, or language.

Diverse Services, Lasting Care
Year-round, the Orange County Service Center provides:
- Free Clinics – Eye, dental, Western, and Chinese care for underserved residents.
- Food & Supplies – Monthly produce, dry goods, and diapers for families in need.
- Disaster Preparedness – Promoting safety awareness and readiness.
- Cultural & Wellness – Flower arranging, tea, vegetarian cooking, yoga, and health talks.
- Community Care – Visits to seniors and patients for support and companionship.

Social Education Class-Flower Arrangement
Clinic Care, Disaster Prep
Since 2011, the Service Center has served Santa Ana’s low-income, mostly Spanish-speaking families.
On April 7, 2024, it held a free clinic with disaster-prep education at the Boys & Girls Club.

Social Education Class-Yoga Class
With Second Harvest Food Bank, it distributes food and essentials monthly at five schools to 950 families. During the pandemic, volunteers still delivered supplies and care without interruption.

The Orange County Service Center’s vegetarian and tea classes engage diverse residents, sharing Tzu Chi’s spirit. Its bilingual Lunar New Year blessing bridges cultures and spreads kindness.
