Start New Student Enrollment Step by Step
Step 1 : Build an account
Sign in the "School Inquiry Form" and you will receive an email for the information.
We verifies the student information and contacts the family to determine eligibility.

Step 2 : Level test
English proficiency is verified through state and local assessments. If the student meets the eligibility criteria, an assessment is scheduled. Students are tested at the school office.
After you received information email, call 949-559-6868 ext,513 or reply email to make an appointment for student level test.
We will inform the parents of the test results. If the child is accepted into the school, the parents will be notified with the start date and enrollment details.
Step 3 : Enrollment
After the level test, you will receive another information email for student class and enrollment request.
Enrollment begins with submitting an admission application agreement. Pleas submit the following:
1. K-6th Enrollment Contract
2. Acceptance Letter
3. Online Registration
4. Student’s Immunization Record
5. Proof of Student’s Health Insurance
6. Proof of Age: Birth Certificate or Government Issued Photo ID

Online Registration
Below are the series of data input pages that a parent will go through for the online registration process. The pages will be pre-inhabited with the current year’s data, but the parent will have the option to edit, delete, and add information.

Existing families will enter their regular Username and Password to proceed.

The homepage will include the Pre Enrollment Message.

The Road Map in the upper right corner will also display registration progress. Items listed in red must be completed before the parent will be permitted to submit the application. The Road Map will automatically expand as the family adds students.

Click on the "Information" sub-menu to begin the online registration process.
2. Family
The parent will begin by visiting each option under Family and completing each page.
Step 1. Checklist
The Family checklist is not editable by the family, you may skip this option.
Step 2. Information
The information entered during the Portal registration step will automatically be displayed here. Edit to update to the most current information.
Step 3. Additional Fields
Please complete the Enrollment Survey and click the "Submit" button in the upper right corner to continue.
Step 4. Contacts
Additional family contacts are added here. These can include emergency contacts, persons authorized for pickup, and other family members.
Step 5. Medical
The Medical Tab allows you to enter the medical and dental information for the family. You can also enter the family's Insurance information and the name of the hospital the student(s) would go to in case of an emergency.
Step 6. Documents
The "Documents" option is currently not required, you may skip this option.
Step 7. Agreements
This page posted the school agreements. For some agreements, you may not proceed with the enrollment without agreeing to it.
Step 8. Students
All students currently attached to the family will show on this list, both current and non-current students. Families with returning students should change their status to New/ Returning. If there are students that are not on this list, use the "Add New Student" button. Once students are added and/or marked as New/ Returning, they will then show on the left-hand menu under the Family section.
Note: If a current student is not returning, you can select 'Not Returning' from the Status drop-down.
Adding/removing students for current families
- If you wish to enroll a sibling of an existing student, select “Add Student” on the Student(s) Information Screen to start their enrollment process.
- If a student is not returning next school year, click “X” to remove the student from the list.
3. Student
The parent will visit each option under the student's name to complete each page.
Step 9. Information
You will also need to click the Information menu and check the Information Verified box after review. Click Update to continue.
Step 10. Checklist & Application
The student checklist and Application are not editable by the family. This page could be skipped.
Step 11. Classes
Click on “Classes” to select the class. A user may not be able to proceed until these options are satisfied.
Check-mark the following options for the programs interested:

Step 12. Medical
This page will display allowing families to enter or update the student's medical information.
4. Submit
Step 13. Ready to Submit
Once the family has completed all of the items identified as required, the Submit button will appear on the home page. The submit button will not appear if there are items in red on the Application Road Map.
Upon clicking the Ready to Submit button, the family will be presented with a final review message. Clicking Submit Your Application will mark the application as submitted in Sycamore Education.
Step 14. Submit

- Parents will no longer be able to edit information in the Portal but can continue to log in to view the Checklists.
- After your online submission, you will receive a confirmation via email. Your enrollment is not complete until we have received payment. Final enrollment is first come first serve based on the order we receive payment. If a class is full, the school will notify you after we have received payment. You may request to join a waitlist.
