Program Policy and Agreement

Admission & Enrollment:

  • Completed “Inquiry for Admission” online Form is required.
  • Admissions are made without regard to race, religion, or nationality.
  • Admission placements are made with consideration to creating a developmental continuum that will facilitate peer relationships and construct well-balanced groups.
  • Priorities for admission are given to siblings of our students and the students of our 10-month annual program.
  • Admission decisions for the online Admission Inquiry Form submitted before or on April 4th, 2025 will be e-mailed on or before April 12th, 2025.
  • Inquiry for the online Admission Inquiry Form submitted on or after April 5th, 2025 will be processed weekly and notified on or before the next Saturday accordingly.
  • Submitting the inquiry for Admission online form does not guarantee a spot for the student.
  • Receiving admission notification does not guarantee a spot for the students.
  • A spot is secured only after the parents complete all the required registration steps within the provided timeline.

Fees / Registration:

  • All required admission document must be submitted and complete with satisfaction before registration could be confirmed.
  • Registration Fee: $45/per family (for summer program). Registration fee is not refundable.
  • Biweekly Full Day Programs; no reduced payment regardless of attendance.
  • Fees are due prior to completion of registration.
  • Each bounced check is subject to a $30 fee.
  • Late pick-up (after 5:31 PM) will be billed at a rate of $20 for every 15-minute period.

Refund/credit policy:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • There are no refunds, credits or makeup classes for any absences.
  • There will be a $30 session switching fee and session may not be available due to the enrollment status.  
  • There will be no refund or credit for the absences due to delays on providing proper required admission documents by state’s regulation. Student(s) will not be eligible to attend the preschool programs before the fulfillment of the required documents.

Registration Withdrawal Refund Request

  • To withdrawal from the registration of a session, a written notice must be received before the following refund deadlines through preschool@sccca.org.
  • Timeline for refund of a registration withdrawal:
    April 30, 2025 – last day for an eligible refund, minus 10% of tuition 
    May 15, 2025 – last day for an eligible refund, minus 15% of tuition 
    May 31, 2025 – For an eligible refund, minus 40% of tuition 
    After May 31,2025 – no refund at all

Sign In/Out Procedure

  • Arrival: All children must be accompanied to the designated area and signed in by an adult with his or her full signature. The program does not and will not accept responsibility for children who have not been signed in whether they are left in the school premises or not.
  • Departure: Each child must be signed out by a parent or an authorized adult with his or her full signature. 
  • Children are only released with parents or authorized adults (over 18 years old) listed in the school’s contact system. It is parents’ responsibility to provide the program staff with a list of authorized adults or update the information on the school's system. 

Food Policies

  • Nuts free: Please pack nuts free snacks and lunch for your child.
  • Meal time ready: Please pack lunches that do not need to be heated.
  • Snack: Pack enough variety snacks for both AM & PM snack time. 
  • Water: Bring water in a labeled water bottle.
  • No sharing of any food or drinks. 

Lunch Order

  • For lunch purchasing/ordering, we are using the Lunch Mob this year. Please create an account and add child name first.
  • Please note the deadline to order or to make changes is 12:00pm two(2) calendar days prior to service. Use the school code IRVCS.
  • Hot meal will be delivered to your child every day.
  • Lunch that was purchased but was not picked up by the end of 6:30 PM will be trash away each day.
  • ready-to-enjoy meal will be delivered to your child on the days you ordered.

Other Important Reminders:

  • Bring one change of clothing to be left in at school—the clothing must be labeled and in a large zip lock bag. 
  • Please bring one blanket for nap time. Napping materials will be sent home to be cleaned at the end of each school week so that they may be returned at the beginning of the following week. All napping materials should be clearly labeled and sent in a storage bag.
  • Your child may bring a special object, other than a toy, that will help him or her to ease the transition from home to school. 
  • Remember to dress your child in comfortable clothing that will not be ruined by the day’s activities. Closed toe and low heel shoes are required. 
  • Label all your child’s items with their full name.
